Products are supplied as digital PDF resources unless a product page clearly states otherwise. They can be viewed on compatible devices and printed for permitted personal use.

For most resources, use A4 paper, portrait orientation and “Actual Size” or “Fit to Printable Area,” depending on your printer. Check the print preview before printing all pages.

Yes. PDFs can be opened on a compatible mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer using a current PDF reader. A larger screen is recommended for detailed questions and diagrams.

Open the login page, select the password-reset option and enter the email connected to your account. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.

Make sure you signed in using the same email address used during checkout. Orders connected to another email address will not appear in the current account.

No. Your account, download links and purchased resources are intended for the authorised purchaser’s personal use. Sharing credentials or files can compromise security and violate the product licence.
