01
YOUR AGREEMENT

Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and CONCEPTUAL SHEETS concerning your access to and use of conceptualsheets.com, its accounts, products, downloads, communications and related services.

By accessing the website, registering an account, selecting the checkout acceptance checkbox, placing an order, downloading a resource or otherwise using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and the policies referred to within them.

If you do not agree, do not create an account, submit an order, download a resource or continue using the affected service.

Electronic acceptance, checkout records, order confirmations and account activity may be maintained as evidence of the transaction and your acceptance.

02
WHO MAY USE THE STORE

Eligibility and Younger Users

You must have the legal capacity and authority required to enter into a binding transaction and comply with these terms.

Because many resources are intended for school students, a person below 18 years of age must use purchasing, payment and account features through, or with the permission and active involvement of, a parent or lawful guardian.

A parent or guardian who creates an account, places an order or permits a younger user to access the services accepts responsibility for the transaction, account security and compliance with these terms.

03
WEBSITE AND SERVICES

Operator and Scope

CONCEPTUAL SHEETS operates conceptualsheets.com and offers digital educational materials such as workbooks, question banks, revision resources, formula-to-practice materials, printable sheets and related learning content.

These terms apply to website browsing, accounts, product pages, checkout, Razorpay payments, order records, digital downloads, support communications, promotional communications and other connected features.

Additional product-specific terms, limitations or licence conditions shown on a product page form part of the transaction. Where a specific term conflicts with a general term, the more specific term will apply to that product to the extent permitted by law.

04
LOGIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Accounts and Security

A customer account is required to complete a purchase. Guest checkout is not available. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and update it when necessary.

  • Create only accounts you are authorised to use.
  • Use an email address that you can access and monitor.
  • Keep your password, OTP, reset links and login credentials confidential.
  • Do not allow another person to use your account to avoid purchasing a licence.
  • Notify us promptly when you suspect unauthorised access or incorrect account activity.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from a security failure attributable to us and you acted reasonably to protect and report the account.

CONCEPTUAL SHEETS will not ask you to send your account password, OTP, UPI PIN or complete payment-card details through email, chat or the contact form.

05
RESOURCE INFORMATION

Products, Samples and Descriptions

We aim to provide clear and accurate product information, including the class, subject, chapter coverage, file format, approximate content, intended purpose and included features.

Product mockups, device displays, open-book images and promotional graphics may be used to present a resource attractively. They are illustrative and may not display every page or minor design detail. Free samples and product descriptions should be reviewed to understand the actual resource.

Minor variations in colour, scaling, appearance or print output may occur because of different screens, applications, browsers, printers, paper and device settings.

We may correct genuine typographical, technical, formatting or description errors. A correction will not be used to remove any mandatory consumer remedy.

06
COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

Pricing, Taxes, Discounts and Offers

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may include or exclude applicable taxes as stated during checkout. The final payable amount is shown before payment confirmation.

We may change prices for future purchases, introduce or withdraw discounts, and set offer periods or eligibility conditions. Changing a future price does not retrospectively alter a completed order.

Discount codes must be used according to their conditions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, used after expiry, combined with incompatible offers or applied retrospectively.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may pause or cancel the affected order before fulfilment and refund any amount actually received. We will not use this clause to engage in misleading pricing or unfair practices.

07
PURCHASE FORMATION

Orders, Confirmation and Acceptance

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve the product or complete a purchase. An order is submitted when you complete checkout and request payment.

An automated acknowledgement confirms that the website received the order. Acceptance and fulfilment generally occur after payment is successfully verified and the order reaches an eligible status for digital delivery.

We may reasonably decline, hold or cancel an order before fulfilment where payment fails, fraud is suspected, account information is materially incorrect, a legal restriction applies, the order exploits a technical error, or fulfilment would violate these terms.

When a paid order is cancelled by us before valid fulfilment, the amount actually received for that order will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund process.

08
PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments Through Razorpay

Online payments are processed through Razorpay and its connected banking, card, UPI or payment-system participants. Payment method availability may vary.

You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use and provide accurate payment and billing details. Razorpay may apply its own terms, privacy notice, authentication, security and transaction requirements.

A debit, payment attempt or pending bank message does not by itself prove that an order was successfully completed. The final order status and verified transaction record will be used to determine fulfilment.

When money is debited but the order appears failed or pending, do not repeatedly pay without checking your account, email and bank status. Contact us with the order or transaction reference, but never disclose an OTP, UPI PIN, password or full card number.

09
FILE ACCESS

Digital Delivery and Downloads

Eligible digital products are normally made available through My Account, the relevant order page, the Downloads area or an authorised download link after successful order processing.

  • Use the same account and email connected to the purchase.
  • Ensure that your device has a stable internet connection, adequate storage and a suitable PDF reader.
  • Download and securely retain a permitted personal backup.
  • Do not share private account credentials or download links.
  • Contact support when a completed order does not provide the stated file.

Temporary delay caused by payment verification, email filtering, maintenance, security review or a technical issue does not automatically mean the order has failed. We will take reasonable steps to restore valid access.

10
AUTHORISED USE

Digital Product Licence

A completed purchase grants the authorised customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the purchased resource for personal educational purposes, subject to these terms and any product-specific licence.

Generally permitted

Personal study, viewing on your personal devices, permitted annotation and reasonable personal printing.

Not permitted

Sharing, resale, redistribution, public uploading, mass printing, unauthorised classroom distribution or commercial reproduction.

The purchase transfers access rights only. It does not transfer copyright, trademark ownership, source files, design rights, editing rights or the right to create and distribute derivative commercial products.

11
UNACCEPTABLE USE

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the website, account or resources to:

  • Share, sell, sublicense, circulate or publicly upload purchased files.
  • Remove copyright notices, watermarks, brand identifiers or licence information.
  • Copy substantial content to create a competing product, course, website or commercial resource.
  • Attempt unauthorised access, scraping, bulk downloading, security testing or system interference.
  • Use false identities, stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks or misleading support claims.
  • Introduce malicious code, automated abuse or activity that damages website performance.
  • Use the services in violation of law, third-party rights or these terms.
12
ORDER REMEDIES

Refunds, Cancellations and Payment Issues

Refund and cancellation requests are considered under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the nature of the digital product, the order circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Because digital files may become accessible immediately and cannot be physically returned, a change of mind, failure to review the product description or purchase of the wrong resource does not automatically create a refund entitlement after access or download.

We will review genuine issues such as a duplicate payment, incorrect file delivery, a materially defective or inaccessible file, an amount received for an order that failed without fulfilment, or another situation where a remedy is required by law.

Nothing in this clause limits a refund, replacement, correction or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.

13
OWNERSHIP AND PROTECTION

Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its original educational content, workbook structure, explanations, questions, solutions, page designs, graphics, branding, product names, logos, mockups and downloadable files are owned by or lawfully used by CONCEPTUAL SHEETS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No website access or product purchase grants ownership of these rights. No part may be reproduced, adapted, distributed, published, sold or commercially exploited except as expressly permitted in writing or by the applicable licence.

References to boards, curricula, subjects, examinations, software, services or third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Such references are used only where reasonably necessary to describe compatibility or educational context.

14
LEARNING OUTCOMES

Educational Purpose and Results Disclaimer

CONCEPTUAL SHEETS resources are designed to support learning, revision, practice and exam preparation. They do not replace official textbooks, school instruction, teacher guidance or official examination notices.

Academic performance depends on many factors, including individual effort, understanding, practice, teaching, health, examination conditions and changes in syllabus or assessment patterns. We do not guarantee any specific marks, rank, result, admission or academic outcome.

Unless expressly stated, CONCEPTUAL SHEETS is not an official examination board, government authority or school, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by such an organisation merely because its syllabus, class or examination is referenced.

Always verify the current syllabus, examination dates, official instructions and assessment requirements from the relevant school or examining authority.

15
SERVICE CHANGES

Website Availability and Product Updates

We aim to keep the website and valid downloads available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access at every moment.

Access may be temporarily limited by maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, security events, payment verification, internet failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may improve, correct or update resources, product pages and website features. A later edition, new product or expanded resource is not automatically included in an earlier purchase unless expressly stated.

16
CONNECTED PROVIDERS

Third-Party Services and Links

The website relies on or may link to third-party services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Razorpay, hosting, email, analytics, security, social-media and cloud service providers.

Third-party services may have separate terms, privacy notices, availability rules and technical requirements. We do not control an external website merely because we link to it.

Where a third-party service is essential to our transaction, we remain responsible for our own obligations and will reasonably assist with issues relating to the order. This does not make us responsible for every independent act or outage of the third party.

17
ACCOUNT ENFORCEMENT

Suspension, Restriction and Termination

We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account, order or download while investigating suspected fraud, unauthorised distribution, payment disputes, security risks or material violation of these terms.

We may terminate access for serious or repeated violations, including resource piracy, account abuse, malicious activity, stolen payment use or deliberate security interference.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice or an opportunity to explain the issue. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect customers, systems, intellectual property, payment integrity or legal compliance.

Suspension does not remove rights or obligations that arose before suspension, including payment, intellectual-property, dispute and lawful record-retention obligations.

18
REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website and resources are provided with reasonable care and skill for their stated educational purpose. Except for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, no guarantee is made that every service will be uninterrupted or suitable for every personal learning objective, device or printing configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONCEPTUAL SHEETS will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from user misuse, unauthorised sharing, failure to follow instructions, loss of personal login credentials, unsupported software, external service outages or reliance on a guaranteed academic result that was never promised.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to CONCEPTUAL SHEETS for the affected product.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any consumer remedy, warranty or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19
USER RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility for Misuse and Claims

You are responsible for loss or claims reasonably caused by your unlawful use, deliberate infringement, fraudulent transaction, malicious interference or unauthorised distribution of our resources.

Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate CONCEPTUAL SHEETS for reasonable, documented losses and expenses directly arising from such conduct. This clause does not apply to loss caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

20
UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We will not be treated as having failed to perform an obligation solely because of a delay or interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as major internet or hosting failures, natural disasters, widespread power disruption, cyberattacks, government restrictions, payment-network failure or similar events.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact, restore services and perform affected obligations when reasonably possible. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

21
LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND SUPPORT

Governing Law, Grievances and Contact

These terms and transactions with CONCEPTUAL SHEETS are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.

The parties should first attempt to resolve an issue through clear and good-faith communication. Send the relevant account email, order number, transaction reference, product name and a clear description of the problem.

Where the issue remains unresolved, either party may approach a court, consumer commission, authority or other forum having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to surrender a statutory right to use an appropriate consumer-redressal mechanism.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in products, technology, providers, business practices or law. The “Last updated” date will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account or email where appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, updated terms apply from their published effective date. Terms applicable when an order was completed will continue to govern that transaction to the extent required for fairness and law.
